You have an online website business in Pennsylvania selling light-up hats for $25.  You advertised your hats only in Pennsylvania, because you have a limited ad budget.  These ads include the local papers and pop-up ads on local news sites.

Due to a recent TikTok video a celebrity posted wearing your hat (you did not know they were going to post it), your hats went viral.  A child in Idaho received a hat from a cool uncle in Pennsylvania.  When showing the hat to his classmates, a wire came loose and poked the child in the eye, causing permanent blindness.

Idaho has a law that says "Any product harming a child must pay triple (treble) damages".  Pennsylvania does not have that law, so the parents want to sue you in Idaho.  Can they do so under International Shoe?   Why or why not?
