The year is 2030 and you have received your MBA from Oakland 4 years ago. You have been with Zion Systems for 3 years and were recently made the manager of a team of 7 people in the logistics department. Zion Systems manufactures smaill mainframe type computers that would typically run mid sized oil drilling parts. Zion is located in Ohio and most of their customers are located in Texas, Lousiana and Oklahoma.  Recently, many of Zion shipments to its customers in the previously mentioned states have been arriving damaged and late. Your boss is counting on you to solve this problem. What kind of information and data (your textbook deliniates the difference) would you require, and why, in order to  solve the problems.
