Include in your paper why most companies do not test for EI during the testing phase of recruitment.  Add to your paper a comprehensive definition of Intelligent Quotient and Emotional Intelligence.  Include in the paper the William Stern Scale of Intelligence and what numerical range he considers genius.  Finally, write about why you feel there should be a comparable scale for companies to test applicants for their level of Emotional Intelligence.
