Women in the Criminal Justice Field

For this essay I ask that you compare and contrast two different countries. Find one country where there is a high percentage of females working in the Criminal Justice field and one country where there is a low percentage of females working in the Criminal Justice field.

Then answer the following questions;

  1. Explain the relevant information about both countries.  
  2. Compare and contrast the similarities and differences between the two countries, relating to females working in the Criminal Justice system. 
  3. Does employing more females in the Criminal Justice system have a negative or positive effect?
  4. Summarize your outcomes and conclusion.
  5. Please use sources provided. You can include any of your own sources as well.

The essay must be APA format, 3 pages in length in actual content, double-spaced, using 12-point font with 1-inch margins and include 3 legitimate sources. You can use the ASU Library Database system to search articles/newspaper articles. Wikipedia, blogs, and other nefarious sources of dubious credibility are not acceptable sources.
