Ch. 1 of Theories of Personality explains how you can tell whether a scientific theory is useful. Despite known limits, studying theories can be useful in other ways, such as leading to further research that can give us insight into our personalities and behaviors.

What could researchers do to make sure psychological studies better represent you and the entire population?

What do you consider to be the key traits and characteristics of your personality? Would Jung describe your attitude as more introverted or extraverted? What combinations of behavior patterns are unique to you?
