Since you were called back for a second interview as the Director of Outcomes Assessment, how will you be better able to answer the questions they asked you? Consider all of the aspects of assessment we have discussed in this course. In this discussion, please relate how your philosophy of assessment has changed and Identify specific tools or resources that you might use in the future in a job where assessment is a regular responsibility.
