There are two parts to your final exam. Part 1 asks you to identify meaning and significance of terms, and Part 2 asks you to use one of the terms (not one whose meaning and significance you chose to address in Part 1) and to provide at least two contemporary examples to explain the legacy and significance.

- In your essay, use at least two contemporary examples to explain the legacy and significance of one of the above terms on American politics and governmental practice. You can draw your evidence/examples from class readings, class discussions or your outside readings, but make sure to provide substantive evidence to support your analysis. * Do not choose a term that you selected in the first section of the exam.*
