As you are going through the sections in Chapter 13, you will notice that we are working with voting and apportionment.  You should be now be familiar with voting methods.

1. Please explain to the class:
   • What is a preference table and how to use preference tables 
   • How to use the plurality method to determine an election’s winner
   • How to use the Borda Count method to determine an election’s winner
   • How to use the plurality-with-elimination method to determine an election’s winner
2. Please provide detailed explanation and numerical examples for each answer.  You would need to provide tables for each answer.  You need to have different examples and different tables for each question.  For the plurality-with-elimination method, you need to provide an example which shows an elimination taking place.  You should have a minimum of two tables for that question.
