The topic I want to use for my research paper is Universal Basic Income.The points I would like to make are what is a Universal Basic Income?  Where are UBI programs in use? The benefitsand drawbacks of a UBI. Who are the lawmakers that would support this? TheAlaska Permanent Fund is a program of Universal Basic Income in practice. Howis this program implemented? Is it successful? How would a UBI support theeconomy?

During the pandemic, the UnitedStates paid every man, woman, and child stimulus payment. The government didthese payments three separate times. The Covid19 stimulus payments and the expandedChild Tax Credit also were a form of UBI. This payment would be sent to everyman woman and child in the United States. A Universal Basic Income wouldbenefit all Americans.
