1. Search on Google or job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn for computer-related jobs
2. Choose a position in an IS department to research.
3. Find out what qualifications are required to work in this position. Is certification required or helpful? What are the responsibilities of someone working in this position?
4. Create a Microsoft Word
5. Write a two- to a three-paragraph report summarizing your findings

How to format your essay:

1. Use single-space, 12-point Arial font, 1-inch margin.
2. The document must be a Microsoft Word document (excluding title and reference pages).  
3. The first page is your title page; the second page has your two paragraphs; the third page contains your references.
4. Make sure to write with full sentences (as an essay) and not just using a list of bullets.  Your writing skills are assessed along with your understanding of this chapter.    
5. Make sure to cite all references used following the APA6th guideline.
