Now that the company has solved several project management issues, it is facing challenges with leadership, the role of a project manager as both leader and manager, and  team-building issues. Reflecting on the Chapter 10 leadership concepts, address the following questions in your initial discussion post (note: these questions differ from those found at the end of the case study document).

Which project manager characteristics or skills discussed in chapter 10 do you think are most significant for Samantha to demonstrate, given the challenges presented?  Are there skills that team members need to be effective team members in a project?
