  2.  Describe, compare and contrast two case examples of Participatory Action Research (PAR) published in two distinct peer-reviewed, Community Psychology journals. Explicit detail should be provided about the process and outcomes of the two initiatives. Course terminology should be explicitly included and referenced. 
  3. Include a systems/ecological analysis of the chosen initiatives and how to change (in the area) is promoted. For example, housing, mental health promotion, novel educational approaches etc. Please consult with your instructor if you would like feedback or guidance. 
  4. Community Psychology advocates for ethical research that considers the voices of all people affected by issues that are being studied. “Nothing About Us Without Us” is a slogan that is essential to the procurement of knowledge within the sub-disciple.   • Resources are synthesized and information is communicated in an accurate and cohesive manner. The use of data goes beyond the descriptive and includes integration and critical thinking. An ecological assessment is included.
  •  The paper is well organized and written with attention to grammar, spelling and appropriate word choices. Harmful language is avoided. The information in the document is appropriately cited, referenced and formatted according to APA (7th Ed). 
  •  The document meets the assignment objectives and frames the subsequent class presentation.
