Question: why is it necessary for nursing students, registered nurses, or advanced practice nurses to understand that healthcare politics and economics need to be studied and researched to move nursing education forward and better?

Question: Have you been involved in any committees that contribute to policymaking in your community, and what are some ways to educate yourself in policymaking?

3. Nurses advocating for the nursing profession…..Not at the workplace/bedside environment activities. The focus for this question and throughout the course should be through the lens of professional nursing beyond the bedside such as political/legislative advocacy.
