As discussed in Chapter 7, monitoring and evaluating the success of your

interventions/treatment is important. How do you know that what you are doing is

working? Evaluation methods are used in collaboration with the client to measure the

outcomes of the treatments provided. While the text reviews both qualitative and

quantitative measures, you will be requested to identify a quantitative evaluation tool

that measures the disorder you used for your Clinical Intervention Paper. I have

attached multiple examples of commonly used evaluation tools.

Hints: It can take time to identify the proper tool. Do not simply use the first one you

find. In your search, use the name of your disorder and words such as scale,

questionnaire, survey, inventory, etc. You might also include the population (adult,

adolescent, etc.) in your search.

1) Identify (with detail) and cite an evaluation tool. What is the name of the tool? How

many questions/items does it have? How do participants answer/use the tool?

Cite in APA format w/ reference. (minimum of 1-2 paragraphs)
