What is the difference between the negotiation strategies used to resolve interest-based and value-based conflicts? Are they interchangeable? If they’re not, why not?

If you did the negotiation simulation on the abortion bill, say what went well and what went wrong? And why? What would you do differently in order to reach a sustainable agreement and create more value both for your side and for the other side?
