Signature Assignment Title: Interview and Summative Paper

Signature Assignment Description/Directions: For your assignment, please consider how the professional standards have assisted you in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that enable your achievement of the nurse administrator competencies.

Identify a nurse leader within your organization that you would like to interview.
Create a list of 10 interview questions utilizing your experience and incorporating the professional standards.
Using these questions, conduct the interview with one of your nurse leaders within the organization and determine how they apply these standards in their role.
Write a summative paper (1375-2000 words APA style) discussing the interview questions answers, and how you can apply these practices, ideas, and standards in your organization and practice.

The following specifications are required for this assignment:
Length: 1375-2000 words; summary must thoroughly address the assignment in a clear, concise manner.
Structure: Include a title page and reference page in APA style. These do not count towards the minimum word count for this assignment. Do not present the paper in a question and answer format; instead describe the information you obtained in paragraph format with APA level headings as appropriate.
References: Use the appropriate APA style.
Format: Save your assignment as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
