You’ll need a partner for this exercise. In about an hour’s time, train your partner in one or more of the safety and sanitation procedures. Use a variety of methods. Provide your "trainee" with written instructions, demonstrate the procedures, monitor your trainee as he or she practices the procedures, and provide feedback. After you’re done with your training program, ask your trainee to provide you with feedback. Were your written instructions clear? Was your demonstration easy to follow? Was your feedback useful?

Take notes and write a report that includes the following:

• the procedure(s) you taught
• the methods of training you used
• the feedback from your trainee
