For this week’s presentation, you will review a sport management legal case. Your focus will be on

 providing a brief background of the case, providing information for both sides of the case (plaintiff and defendant), providing any discussion points surrounding the case, providing the decision of the case and the rationale for the decision. The conclusion of your presentation should focus on the application of your learning. For the application, I would like for you to minimally include the following: 1) You should think on the issues of the case, and plot the risks associated with the case (those that led to the circumstances) on a risk management matrix. How would you have categorized these risks in terms of frequency, severity and predictability? (You may use any risk management matrix that you prefer). 2) In considering risks that you would prioritize, what is your action plan to keep this from happening again? 3) Overall, what have you learned by exploring this case? 

Prepare a 10 minute presentation using PPT, YouTube, etc. (I want to see and hear you) (I will do this part on my own)
