College athletes not getting paid, I believe, is not right nor fair. College athletes should be getting paid because they put the same amount of focus and effort a professional athlete does. Many universities and colleges make enough revenue for the performances of their sports and young athletes. Most of the athletes have sponsorships and make a lot of money that way but will the school or universities help make even more money. Not only can the athletes make a profit, but so can the universities of their players. By how much exposure they get, the player could bring in a lot of new donors and sponsorships that won’t only help the players on the team but even the university. 

Paying college athletes can provide them with excellent motivation. It can motivate the players to perform better on and off the field. College athletes would live stress and carefree college career life because they wouldn’t have to worry about getting a job during college. I feel that many women’s sports would feel respected if they were to get paid because as a women athlete, I would feel more noticed, supported, and respected if I got paid and we had more fans at our game.
