For this project, You are going to play anthropologists for a minute and pretend that you are interested in doing research (for example among homeless community  of NYC). You need to write a Research Proposal which will be considered by a Research Committee, which in turn  – if your paper is a winner will grant you a huge funds for your fieldwork, so be persuasive.

Please remember that you are only pretending to be anthropologists — so you do not need to go out and physically take part in any research.  You only need an idea/topic for your research proposal plus carry out some research online/library. 

You may research any topic of your choice. Pick something that you are really interested in. Please follow the directions in the Research Proposal document. Please see attached.
