Reflective Essay

At the end of Chapter 5 in Turow, R. G. (2017). Mindfulness skills for trauma and PTSD: Practices for recovery and resilience, Turow describes six "practice" activities for learning mindfulness skills for supporting respect and reframing. Chose one of these activities that is different from the practice activity you used in last week’s resilience activity. Try it out and then journal your thoughts, feelings, sensations, likes/dislikes, etc based on your practice.

Your reflection will be no more than one page in length and will NOT require research or references. The purpose of the reflection is to document your thoughts, feelings, ideas and experiences in relation to the activity as well as to interpreting your learning from the activity in relation to the knowledge gained about trauma resilience.
