1. Compose a genogram for your family. (it can be real or made up).

2. Create an ecomap for your family with the family at the center.

3. Consider the family APGAR and what you could gain from this family.

4. Create a care plan with three problems for the family from your genogram, ecomap.

Remember to use NANDA  as your basis.

5. Submit all of this on the day of your presentation. It can be on the care planning forms from the Nursing home page or written freehand.          It can be electronic or on paper.
