Think of Crocs in terms of competencies not products, notretail locations, not partnerships.

1. Draw a labeled competency tree for Crocs specifically (nogeneric models) – photograph and post it – as usual, embedded not as anattachment.

2. Now on the discussion board offer your assessment of thefollowing questions:
a. What is their core competency?  Why.
b. Explain how the core competency noted in (a.) above passes each of the threecriteria of the Core Competency test.
c. What product markets that Crocs is not currently in, could their corecompetency be applied in? Please explain.

3. What was the need and pain that Amanda Steinberg was trying to address with Daily Worth?   How did she validate that others shared that need and would pay for a solution?  Do you think that her solution is timely, attractive,  durable, and adds value?
