  Choose two of the following four aspects to examine and explicate:

–          (1) Corporate history and structure:

      When and where was the company established? How has the company developed? Who are the owners of the company and how has the companys ownership and control evolved?  

      What subsidiaries and/or joint ventures does the company have?

–          (2) Political profile:

      Who are the board of directors and important managerial personnel?

      How are these people connected to political and/or corporate entities? What can you find about their ties to governments and/or other companies?

–          (3) Economic profile:

      What are the companys complete lines of products?

      What are its expansion strategies? Who is the major labor force and what can you find about the working conditions?

–          (4) Cultural profile:

      Who are the companys main audiences and/ or consumers? What is its marketing strategy?

      What is the companys ideology and value, if any? What kind of cultural impacts does the company have?
