Do current policing practices that utilize advanced technologies – such as geofence warrants,  

facial recognition, and predictive policing algorithms – strike an appropriate balance between  

crime prevention and individual rights, or do they disproportionately infringe upon civil  

liberties?  How should courts and policymakers address concerns about reliability, racial  

profiling, and the potential for technological overreach in modern law enforcement?
