General essay questions All scholarship applicants submitting an application for the Statewide Student Aid Program, Career Aid for Technical Students, Adult Student Aid Program and the Winthrop L. & Bernice Perry Scholarship must answer the following two questions in order to be considered for a scholarship: 1.
