You will be graded on the content of you paper, whether it is     relevant to the class and the readings, and whether or not it      follows and answers the questions presented. Also included in your “content” grade is formatting for the paper.

You will be graded on how well you cite, if you cite everything   that you are supposed to cite, if you follow MLA internal            citation formatting inside the body of your paper, you have a     “Works Cited” page and it is formatted correctly to MLA            specifications, and all listed works cited are appropriately cited in the correct format and correspond to the appropriate              literature.

You will be graded on whether or not you edited your paper for spelling.

You will be graded on your grammar, including, but not limited    to, using proper sentences, using proper paragraph format, not asking or posing question, not using contractions, avoiding       passive voice, not ending sentences in prepositions, proper      punctuation, and proper capitalization, etc.
