Based on what you have learned about outsourcing, write a reflection paper to address the following items:

2. Using the concepts from this module, how would you classify this arrangement (e.g., outsourcing, farshoring, nearshoring, captive center, etc.)? 
3. Why is this a successful arrangement for Chesapeake Bay Candles?
4. Finally, identify another company that is taking advantage of outsourcing. Describe this example of outsourcing and why it works (or does not work).
