This research summary is designed to provide an overview of each of your research papers.  It should be at least a couple of pages in length — and should discuss the topic area that you have chosen and identify what types of articles you will be researching.  By this time you should have acquired a couple of your articles, which you could briefly discuss.  Remember, you are required to review 5 articles.  Also, a projected Table of Contents of your research paper and list of sources is required for this summary.

The research summary should include:

2. Table of Contents — this should be a projected Table of Contents for your research paper — so I can see what your sections are and how long each section is expected to be.  

3.  List of Sources (showing chosen articles)

You are required to use a minimum of 3 journals (my suggestions are listed in the Project Details section).  You may, however, review more journals if you wish.  Either way, since we are almost halfway through the semester, you should have most of these materials in hand or on order. You can use MLA format to list your sources. Times New Roman font size 12.
