    • Closed-end Question: Likert Scale

    • Open-end Question: Opinion Based
  • Share your survey with five different people and have he/she answer your questions (we do not have to receive data on personal demographics: name, age, gender, etc.).
  • Share the Survey Monkey URL in your document.
  • Share the findings from the responses.
  • Finally, draw your conclusion from the findings.

Your submission must include your survey questions.
