mini me project

  1. Look up and complete the medical root sheet below. You do not have to turn this in as part of the grade, it is just to help you remember location.
  2. Trace/draw or print a body outline on paper. You may draw organs as needed. (You do not have to draw every bone or blood vessel in the body, just pick one, draw it, and label where it would be found.)
  3. Complete the project by placing the words correctly on the body diagram.
  4. See attached rubric for grading guidelines.

Placement of the line or word needs to be very close in location. You do not need to put each organ on both sides. Be creative and have fun with it! Make sure all 78 terms are located correctly.

I am looking for:

  • The medical term
  • It’s location on/within the body
  • The common term for it
  • Creativeness – – not just pencil or black marker Example: cost/o on your paper I need to see the term cost/o, the word rib, and see ribs drawn in their correct anatomical position. You don’t have to draw every single rib. If it is a directional term, write the word, what it means, and draw an arrow to its location on the body.
