The Bremmer piece (attached) makes bold statements. It is, however, not a research article.  Please identify and explore two arguments that address some aspect of the trade, finance, investment, or overall development goals.  Then, gather more data, perhaps more recent data, to either support or refute his arguments.  Cite your sources.
