Choose one. Find an example from current event that outlines a conflict arising from misunderstanding/or lack of respect in relation to the essay’s topic. Analyze the event. How could each party have incorporated knowledge of Hofstede’s dimensions, cultural patterns, gender bias, religion…to navigate the situation in a more positive way. Offer clear tactics (specific actions or strategies carefully planned to achieve a specific end), reference to the essay as well as other research and rationale to support your points and make your arguments credible. Paper should be 3-5 pages, clear introduction, body, conclusion, APA format, 3resources (please use the essay as a source) and please provide the article or link to story you are referencing.

Outline

1. Introduction Paragraph: Introduce the article (title, author, publication & publication date), the conflict, Hofstede’s dimensions and 3 clear tactics.
2. Body Paragraph/s: Create a complete transition sentence to set up the details of the paper, expanding on the details of the conflict, Hofstede’s dimensions, tactics…

3. Conclusion Paragraph: Revisit the Introduction, restate or reference article, conflict, dimensions and sum up tactics.
