Requirements –
“A case study is the presentation of an organizational scenario. The case will usually present a description of the organization as well as the major players in the organization and their interactions regarding a specific situation. The objective in analyzing a case study is to develop and test a proposed “solution” to address the described situation” (Buchbinder and Shanks, 455).
1. Put yourself in the shoes of the manager – what is going on in this case?
2. Analyze the situation – can you describe the major issue/problem?
3. Decide what you would do – how would you handle the situation?
4. Be prepared to present and support your conclusions – how would you solve the issue/problem?
Make sure:The case study section’s organization.
-Was easy to follow
-Was presented a logical manner
-Integrated information
-Summarized information when needed
-Has transitions from one paragrpah to another.
