Imagine that your group is a management consulting team that has been hired by one of your teams current (or most recent) employer to assess and if necessary, recommend changes to how the current (or most recent) company is managed. Your classmates are the leadership group of this organization, so write for them as if they were part of the company that hired your team as leadership consultants. Therefore your paper should analyze, assess, and give recommendations on the leadership areas below.
The assessment and recommendations must incorporate analysis from three of the following areas:
Servant Leadership
Transformational/Transactional leadership
Women in leadership
Diversity Management
Team Development and Utilization
Skills and Style approaches to leadership
Ethical Leadership
Leadership Development
Psychodynamic approach
Employee Retention: Coaching, Counseling, and Mentoring
It should be 8-10 pages, (12pt font, double spaced, 1inch margins, APA format. The paper will have three basic parts.
Introduction: This part of the paper is a kind of executive summary. Succinctly summarize your findings and your recommendations.
Body: In the body of the paper your analysis of the organization from the perspective of at least three topic areas covered in class (above).
Conclusion: Summarize your recommendations and show the inter-relatedness of the proposed changes and the total effect upon the organization.
The paper should have solid content and accurate grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
