Read chapter 6 (Management and Leadership) and Chapter 7 (Operational Management) and do some outside reading.  This is a complex subject which will require some outside research.

First, discuss some of the leadership skills and traits.  Then discuss a few leadership styles discussed by our text authors and other authors.
