This case is about the Management Accounting & Control. 2 years of restaurant financial data uploaded. This is a restaurant attached to a small Casino.
From this data, I need the following:
Using these data, talking about variable costing from a manager’s perspective for decision makings. Then, at least one page talks about “lookingat inventory angle using variable costing approach to show high profit forthe restaurant”.
No outside resources are needed, but you need to have a goodunderstanding of variable costing.
Last but not least, please don’t write about the concept of variable costing since I know how to google it… I want to see the analysis, thank you.
