For this week’s assignment, imagine you are taking over Wells Fargo & Company as the new CEO. As your first act, you have informed the Board of Directors that the bank needs to create a more ethical corporate culture. In order to convince them of your initiative, you are going to present them your plan using the following framework (Ch. 6, p. 190 of your textbook).

In a PowerPoint presentation, explain how your plan will address each of the areas in the framework to create a more socially responsible and ethical corporate culture at Wells Fargo & Company. Ensure to include your notes for each slide and use the PowerPoint Template below.
