Reflect on each of the following questions in response to the reading in Chapter 5 of Christian Reflections on the Leadership Challenge:
- What are some of the actions a leader can take to create a climate for change and encourage risk-taking?
- What does it mean to persevere in the face of challenge?
- How will I maintain the personal strength and inspire courage in others to endure inevitable mistakes and setbacks that occur when trying to reach goals?
- How can I create a climate on the team which is open and willing to accept mistakes that are unavoidable and necessary to breakthrough learning?
