This assignment is about interviewing two professionals from at least two generations. Ask them about their views of similarities and differences between professionals of various generations. Consider asking questions such as the following.
Ask your target generation
What do you see as some of the differences in how people of various age groups use technology? You may consider being specific about various types of communicating and computing such as texting, using social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram, Google Tools, reading blogs, using productivity programs such as word processing, and so on.
Analyze the interviews and answer the following
What are some differences in word choice among the generations?
How do members of various generations approach meetings differently?
What do you think members of the various generations can learn from each other?
What do you see as the main similarities across generations?
Write a short report of your findings. Conclude your report with three recommendations for working effectively across generations.
