IMPORTANT: This presentation is for a Management of Multicultural Workplace course. Provide 2 slides each per section analyzing the culture of LUFTHANSA AIRLINES.

Section 1:
  • The power and influence in the mainstream culture that affects subculture behaviors.
Section 2:
  • Formation of cultural and subcultural identity in the company. Be sure to add to the discussion how subculture formation happens from a departmental context (how people create a cultural identity based on the department in which they work), as well as other cultural dimensions (e.g., race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, etc.).


Important: Add only images and summary information to the face of the slide. Provide the speaker notes in a seperate document.
