In my personal and professional life, I understand and can apply the information I learned regarding organizational staffing strategies, key legal compliance issues, job analysis, effective recruiting strategies, developing selection processes, formulation of staffing plans, and employee retention. I understand ethical considerations related to legal compliance and how to examine and discuss the strategies, processes, and tools used to analyze and design jobs that support the strategic objectives of the organization.
