(Based on Chapter 1)Select a hospitality Corporation of your choice ( it could be a hotel company, restaurant or restaurant group, cruise line, air line etc.)  Do a Google search for the company’s website.  Based on your reading in the text book, class power point and class discussion  discuss the corporate philosophy of the company.  Be sure to include things such as the corporate culture, missions, goals, objectives and strategies for doing business. 

(If you still do not have the text book, use the power point provided for the HW that was due week 3 which also covers material from Chapter 1.)
