·       Bargaining power – buyers

·       Threats of substitution

·       Competition/rivals

 

b)     What are the strategic human resource management implications of each of these five forces? Support your answer fully.

Responses to each question will require students to apply models and methods obtained from assigned readings, as well as the opportunity to use additional knowledge obtained from weekly threaded discussions. A set number of pages will be expected for each question, and students will be expected to source additional research and evidence to fully answer specific questions. Students will be expected to present this work cogently, and to follow the publication guidelines of the American Psychological Association (APA) (see Research Resources on Blackboard). All students are greatly encouraged to follow the APA citation guidelines to avoid plagiarism issues and concerns.
