Your work group is 1 week into research and the CIO is asking for an update. You and your

group will meet to discuss your research and findings and then create a single deliverable to

send to the CIO.

Watch the following videos as you begin your research:

o "Paying for IT Systems"

o "The Importance of Good Requirements"

o "The Importance of an Organizational Project Culture"

Individually, research considerations, vendor options, and processes for the selection of a

health care information system. For example, you may need to research competitors and

consider the cost of implementing a new health care information system.

Share your list with your group and discuss the best one to use in the requested briefing.

Note: The briefing will be individually submitted. This discussion is for brainstorming and
