This was a broad-based lecture introducing the topic of globalization.  Given the evolution of global trade and the role of the WTO,  will trade bring the world’s nations closer together and less confrontational –that is to say, will it make us more reliant on each other for international benefit?  Or will trade cause us to exploit the world’s resources and people? Your thoughts?
