Instructions.
In this project you will explore a project management tool or a diagram drawing tool, then prepare a report and give a presentation about your findings.
Students in Team 1 will work on Topic # 1, students in Team 2 will work on Topic # 2, etc. (see the list below). Students within each team can share ideas about the individual project, but each student needs to produce a different report and prepare a different presentation.
Report [30 points]: Your report should contain:
· Name of the tool
· Your name
· Course name and number
· Your instructor’s name
· A short description of the tool and what it can be used for
· One feature that you explore by yourself (you can use the free trial), make sure you take screen shots of any diagrams you create and include in your report and presentation.
· What you like and don’t like about the tool.
· References
General rules for your report:
· 2-5 pages(including cover page and references)
· 1.5 spacing
· Number your tables (Table 1, 2, etc.)
· Number your graphs (Figure 1, 2, etc.)
Ø Submit your report on Blackboard in ONE PDF FILE.
Presentation: You should prepare a power-point lecture and present it to class on Thursday February 24 between 9:30AM and 10:50AM. Your presentation should be between 4 and 6 minutes long.
