Write a one to two page paper describing the function of each branch of the U.S. government and identifying what role each branch of the government plays in the U.S. legal system.
Support your work with terms and concepts from the assigned reading (Chapters 5 & 6) in a way that demonstrates your knowledge if those terms and concepts, and with research beyond the assigned reading. As always you should be properly citing your sources, including a reference list and the proper use of intext citations.
