A) The outline:
a) The outline must include: (i) a refined problem statement; (ii) what you have accomplished; (iii) what you view as the key issues related to your topic; and (iv) what remains to be done.
b) A list of at least 10 references, 7 of which must be from refereed journal publications. All references must be cited properly using the APA format. This will require you to use the library system!
B) Term paper
You are asked to discuss the environmental, economic, technological, political, and social factors that contribute to the complexity of resolving the problem. This critical review will take the form of a 3000 word essay, excluding references, figures and tables.
Within each of these broad categories you are required to develop your comparative essay question.
