The individual term paper, a 5 page research summary. Select one of the following topics:
 How would you maintain the financial records to improve the health care organization?
 As a financial manager how would you deal with a financial crisis within the healthcare
organization. Explain how you would review and manage the operating budget.
The paper should be in Times New Roman or Arial, 12-point font, 1 inch margin all around, and
double-spaced. Any page should be at least ¾ full to be considered as a page. Provide a cover
page and a reference page. Provide at least 3 other sources beside the textbook to support your
claims (Peer-reviewed articles and other books). (If an author is not cited in your paper, please
do not place that author’s information in the reference page or vice-versa). Spelling and grammar
should be checked before submission as they will be one of the measures of your paper. Use
same font size but bolded headers for each section of the paper. See the assignment rubric in the
